I have another problem, DELL P2214H (the NVIDIA High Definition Audio), has no sound, but my Headphones (High Definition Audio Device) has a sound, but the sound stutter a bit when playing Warcraft 2 BNE. The screen and frame rate looks ok, but only the stutter sound problem now....

Is there a PCI latency setting in the BIOS? If not, then you should be able to get a Windows based PCI latency utility.

Either way, try lowering the PCI latency to 32. Normal setting is usually 64.

Where is the PCI latency in the BIOS?

Not going to have that setting in a Dell BIOS.

I think he's talking about the screen scrolling speed when you're near the edges.
That problems is also present in DOSBox, so I use fixed cycles=30000 there.

And that means: too much power 😒, so this guy is right.

Except that he's confirmed now that he's running the BNE Windows edition and not DOSBox, and said "The screen looks stutter when I run the game", not that it's scrolling too fast.

But then again,

It's Muz. Treat all details as tentative at best.

Where did I state that he is using DOSBox ?

NVIDIA high Definition is not for Speakers or Headphones, and if your High Definition Headphones have stutter sound, try with a different driver. Or else try with a speaker if you have and identify if the problem is driver or hardware.
