Assuming this is a legit question, which one are you trying to run and why would you use glquake in 2023 (or ever....)?

If you want to use glquake instead of quakespasm or tyrquake (both of which work in 95+) then you'll likely need to hexedit the executable, or use a graphics wrapper or configure the GPU to limit the extensions. This is assuming that you are using a GPU that is much newer than the game.

GL Quake i only can make 640x480, i play Windowed with bpp32.

If that's not a typo, add a space between -bpp and 32.
