The problem seems fixed for me with this profile?

Great, I've only tested it briefly, but it really does look like it's fixed. Did you edit the profile somehow or just use one of the ones gothic posted for this game?

ghotik' profile rarely works for me, or if it works, in a broken manner. So I end up finding what I need myself. For this game:

DirectX/Async blit mode
Timing/Slow down mouse polling

is required. The latter, I got by luck because this options crashed most other games, nor do I know how it works (I though it was mouse polling rate, so I went to my Razer Synapse but it was already at lowest 125hz so the DxWnd setting does something different).

When I was fiddling with the DxWnd settings, I turned on Timing/Slow down mouse polling but I'm not sure about Async blit mode, so it could be this.
In any case, it looks like it's resolved. That's what a constructive approach to problems looks like, thanks. 😀
