Looks like the game is being integer scaled

Either it is enabled in dgVoodoo2 or if not, in driver. If not in both, there's a probability dgVoodoo2 is doing it itself. The only reason I can assume for it to scale on its own is ONLY IF the game uses a resolution not enumerated by your driver. A good way to check is to test if the game is without dgVoodoo2: fullscreen (with bilinear filtering ON) or fullscreen (with integer scaling ON) or not properly fullscreen. Only in the first case, it should mean the resolution required by the game is present in the driver.

If neither is the case, it would be better to ask in the dgVoodoo2 threads instead.
