How to slow down Win95 Aladdin?

I'm trying to play East point software's Aladdin for windows. I'm running it on Windows 98 SE. But it runs too fast, like this: https://imgur.com/917geWO

Is there any way to run it at normal speed (on Win98)?

Depends on your hardware. Often you can at least disable l2 cache and on some systems you can change the clock frequency on the fly.

(Not that I'm 100% sure this is the problem you have.)
