OK OK - So you mounted the CD using DOSBox, but the line is lacking some parameters. It should read:
mount d d:\ -t cdrom -ioctl -usecd 1
Afterwards, change to the newly mounted D drive
Z:\>D:
D:\>dir
Look for an install.bat / install.exe / setup.bat / setup.exe or the like.
D:\>INSTALL
You will probably get a message saying "This program requires Microsoft Windows" If so, forget about DOSBox for now and keep reading...
I am guessing the response, but here it goes the question anyway....
lilmiznawty - Do you know by chance how to MAKE PARTITIONS?
Mind you, DOSBox is 0NLY intended for running MS-DOS applications ONLY so far, so if Myst is a Windows 3.1 / 3.11 you are out of luck. You need to install the real Windows 3.x in your computer.
Just because you have Windows XP currently, you will need to create a separate MS-DOS FAT16 partition and install MS-DOS 6.22 + Windows 3.11 in there (in this order).
