How to dump a i450gx BIOS ROM with only floppy drive?

Does anyone know how to dump the BIOS ROM (512K) of a 450gx motherboard from a bootable floppy only? Afaik it's running 2000 server, which can't dump it while it's running?

Try putting this floppy image on a floppy, and booting off it. it should just automatically make a bios.rom file.
