In 86box, he "mouse sensitivity" setting under tools>preferences don't seem to to adjust the mouse input speed at all. This makes playing games like "Abuse" really difficult because the game has no mouse sensitivity settings of it's own so aiming the cursor is almost impossible. Does anyone have a solution or should I just report it as an issue on the 86box GitHub page?
Either lower the mouse sensitivity on your operating system's mouse setting, or perhaps you have mouse software that can help you edit the DPI. Lower the DPI and the mouse will move slower, and perhaps you can create a toggle for it too, so that you can quickly switch between normal mode and your new mode. As for 86box specifically, it looks like it hasn't gotten an update for a few years, so if it doesn't work there's not much you can do, unless you want to try the nightly version and see if there's been a fix.

Are you mixing up 86Box with PCem? 86Box has regular releases, the last one being from November 26, 2022.
