The exact same driver i used in the other PC, and than since it didn't work i have downloaded some drivers from the Internet...
I have tried moving it from one slot to an other, still same problem. I even removed the Symbios SCSI card that was controlling the SCSI CDROM.
All i have on my card are HEX jumpers:
ADDRESS: [220]    240     260     280
IOS0      ON      OFF     ON      OFF
IOS1      ON      ON      OFF     OFF
and all other you can see on that page. But i can not find any IRQ jumpers...
Also, if it helps, this is what I inputed with sysedit:
Config.sys
DEVICE=C:\WINDOWS\HIMEM.SYS
DEVICE=C:\WINDOWS\EMM386.EXE NOEMS
DOS=HIGH,UMB
DEVICE=C:\sb16\DRV\CTSB16.SYS /UNIT=0 /BLASTER=A:220 I:5 D:1
DEVICE=C:\sb16\DRV\CTMMSYS.SYS
FILES=40

Autoexec.bat
SET BLASTER=A220 I5 D1 T3
And this is a picture of what files are inside drv folder:
