Windows XP works fine in PCem but sound not working. I can't find Sound Blaster 16/AWE32 driver for XP.

I think you have to install it manually via Hardware Wizard, cause XP does not detect ISA cards.

But there is no driver for XP only for NT 4.0. In Windows 2000 sound works normally.

Windows XP does support SB16, MPU-401 and Gameports..

And ISA PnP. Legacy ISA devices may or may not work. Its device probing feature isn't as sophisticated as Win9x's, I 'd say.
So for non-PnP cards, it might be necessary to configure the resources manually. Anyway, at least a SB16 PnP does work in XP.

I don't have sound after installation. Which version of XP do you have? SP2 or SP3? Did you manual install Sound driver? On Creative website there is NT 4.0 the newest SB16/AWE32 driver.

Okay, so I installed a localized copy of Windows XP Pro x86 w/ SP2..

PCem's SB16 card wasn't detected during setup, but afterwards I managed to install the driver manually.
- It was the same one which leileilol mentioned earlier in this thread.

After this, I entered control panel again and made the mixer icon visible. And that's it!
I wasn't required to change any resouces (IRQ/DMA/Port).

For testing purposes, I played onestop.mid and a few wave files using Mplayer2.
