I change my CPU i5-4670K for AMD Ryzen 7 3700X and PCem runs the same (the same FPS in games).

It is great to hear that AMD had finally caught up with Intel on single-thread performance, even though this is on the 4th-gen Haswell core. What more can you expect?

Isn't faithful emulation the whole point of PCem? I mean, if you're emulating a 386, it should provide 386 levels of performance regardless of your host configuration.

and if you're emulating a Pentium II it should provide Pentium II levels of performance regardless of your host configuration.
