Hello again.
I have a p3 500Mhz for retrogaming, with SB16 with SCB-55 doughter board.
I have find in this day an sound blaster 64 gold, but this card don't have a wavetable connector.
I would try to use two sound card in one system, one is the SB64 gold and the second is another card with mount the sound canvans module.
It is possible?
Can i try to use the SB16 or i must find another card (not sound blaster) with wavetable connector?
Are there some software system to disable one and enable the second and vice-versa?

You can use an alternative set of io/irq for the 2nd card

set your SB64 to A220 I5 D1 H5 P300 E620 (+388)
set your SB16 to A240 I7 D3 P330 (no HDMA, no 388) (It is possible with ctcm)

set BLASTER=A220 I5 D1 H5 P330 T6 E620

you can connect SB16 line out to SB64 line in

With this configuration, there is no problem with mpu401 bug if your sb16 has dsp 4.13 since midi and pcm aren't used on the same card
