For some reason, I can't get Internet Explorer to load! I downgraded Internet Explorer 9 to Internet Explorer 8, but that didn't work. Please help!

Use system restore
and/or
Open Internet Explorer in Internet Explorer Safe Mode and disable addins.

Ok, but will it clean out my computer of everything. Such as game files, pictures, videos, etc.?

No, it just temporarily disables all the plugins for IE you have installed. If that doesn't work, then you should try another browser such as Google Chrome, or my personal favorite, Mozilla Firefox.

Ok, I tried System Restore but it didn't work. Should I try System Restore by choosing a different restore point unlike doing it the reccomended way?

Also, Internet Explorer works when I run it in administrator mode, but I still would like to solve this so I won't have to run Internet Explorer in administrator mode to get it working.
