Recently I bought a Logitech Thunderpad to use with PCs that have no USB support (mainly 486). Do you know any keymapping software that would run as TSR and assign my gamepad buttons to keys so that I could play Black Thorne and Vikings on it? I know there is such software for windows, but what about DOS?

I think there might be some of them at http://www.zophar.net/joy/joykeys.html , or there's JOYKEYS available at http://bretjohnson.us/ . A Google search for <joykey dos> turns up some other interesting hits as well.

If the Thunderpad is digital, it may not work properly in DOS. (See SDWRGMPD at that second link.)
