I am recording some MIDIs from Gravis Ultrasound MAX 2.1 and there is a bit of a noise due to its hight output volume.

I am recording straight from output into Auxiliary stereo input. I had to lower the Auxiliary input by 50% so it isnt ultra loud (lol Ultrasound max).

My recording hardware is Sound Blaster SB0460 (extreme music) and a frontal Audigy 2 ZS bay (connected to SB0460).

Can any one help me out?
I can post some Final Fantasy Midi recordings i made 😀

OK, it seems that i clearly dont think before i post 🤣
I have now put it on the line out. Much better sound.

But so that this thread doesn't turn out pointless, can some one tell me how to reduce the sound any way? For games or some other things.

Damn it sounds awesome. I am also wanting to try my FF7 PC version with GUSMAX. But after reading some stuff here on the forum im not sure it will work.
Also the MIDI i recorded from i think isn't the original.
