This sound card has "pro 16 EX rev.b " written on it.
Googling this turns up a driver from Aztech.

I have a pro 16 (without EX) and it is indeed an AZTECH "ISA crap", not crapy at all I must add. I have it for DOS games, just set the Blaster environment with the standard values, A220 I5 D1 and it plays everything without drivers, going back for some more DOOM and Wolf3D now, bye! 😎
Hmm yeh might just be one of those, i'll have to try some drivers. My other aztech card was pnp and had the name clearly written on it, that helped 😀
