That depends entirely on what you want to do with it and whether there is anything comparable in your area available for a similar price.
If people in your area are routinely chucking computers out of their windows with similar capabilities, then no, it is not worth it.

unless it is something you had and has sentimental value, I wouldn't.
It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.
