I know about your wrapper (nice work as always), but another option is always welcome and I just don't like that a promising wrapper seems to have some compatibility issue with my computer 🙁

Can WINED3D emulate the DirectX6 environmental bump-mapping of the Matrox Millenium G400? It was a exclusive feature in Millennium Soldier: Expendable. And even the "remake" for Android/iOS looks worse than that.

You don't need WineD3D for that:
Expendable (by Rage) bump mapping issue
