I installed the new geforce drivers so I could do 4x DSR in world of warcraft (I need this now MSAA has been removed). This works well but I find now I cant get dosbox or scumm vm to run full screen with the correct aspect ratio (black bars on the sides). Now it will always stretch the image.

With dosbox I tricked it by telling setting the output to 4k and that works (i get the bars). But I cant do that with scumm vm because there is no resolution selection.

Has anyone else come across this problem?

I would guess that this is related to the new DSR AA modes. Those modes are more or less intended to stretch/reduce an image so the output resolution fits the display resolution. I'd guess that disabling DSR for DOSBox/Scumm would correct it. I can't confirm as my GeForce 580 doesn't support the feature.

In DOSBox setting the resolution to 0x0 and aspect=true with opengl or openglnb should do the trick. Don't know about ScummVM.
