I need to manage through a program used in emulation serial port of the host PC.
it's possible ?
I have to apply some particular configuration?

Your question is unclear. Are you trying to run a program through DOSBox that requires the serial port?

Yes? And is it a DOS program? Are you trying to run this program in DOSBox? What have you tried so far?
