3% off. I realize that is quite a large number of cycles (and yes that does not include CGA accuracy) but, it is progress. And progress is good 😀

The speed test at the start doesn't have a direct relation to the more speed-sensitive parts (mainly Kefrens and endtune) though.
So it's perfectly possible to either:
1) Pass the speed test while still not being accurate enough to run the speed-sensitive effects correctly.
2) Fail the speed test while being accurate enough to run the speed-sensitive effects correctly.

That is true. It does not account for the ability to change the DMA refresh rate for example which I believe 8088MPH does. And like I mentioned the CGA latency is also missing from the test.

I have not captured a video yet. The kefren bars do not look right in CAPE and neither does the 1024 color screen. Work in progress...
