What is the status of the PS/2 keyboard scanning on:
- Power-up
- After a reset command

UniPCemu currently enables scanning on that point, but I notice problems accidentally pressing keys during POST? Maybe scanning is supposed to be off until a enable scanning command(to prevent input in the middle of POST)?

The initialization part seems to imply scanning is disabled until an enable command is given(command F4h)?
