I notice that midiOutClose hangs when connecting/disconnecting RDP?

I call midiOutOpen on emulator session startup, (midiOutShortMsg when emulation is sending MIDI commands, midiOytReset on command 0xFF) and finally midiOutReset and then MidiOutClose on emulator being teared down.

Anyone knows why midiOutClose hangs in the RDP (dis)connect case?
