I need to know if this emulator work fine in a WinXP Pro system.
in other hand If I put some type of special hardware like a TV-Tunner in a ISA slot the Emulator will be to identify it?
(the TV-tunner works fine in a DOS based machine.)

No, Dosbox cannot pass-thru to any ISA/PCI/PCI-X devices in your system. If your host OS doesn't support the device then you'll need to install an OS that does.
