As far as I can find out about it, the IRQ will still fire, but the Sense Interrupt command would be invalid? Or would it actually return the status register being 0(due to it being cleared by a reset and the top 2 bits not set due to drive polling mode being off)?

Or should it still return 0xC0 as a valid ST0 result?
