The PCem emulator has a wide range of supported hardwares for which different ROMs are required. Can any list places where I can get the different ROMs supported by the emulator?

svajoklis-1 has a repository of them on github, all the way up to PCEM v17. I think many of them run afoul of copyright. Not sure how he gets away with hosting them on github. Not sure if I'm allowed to link them here either. But they aren't hard to google if you just try "pcem roms github"

I second that. I guess we can give hints, at least.
Usually, the PC-BIOSes were free to download from each mainboard manufacturers' own web site, FTP, BBS..
However, other binaries.. Well, it depends, I guess. ;)

Just a question, are the roms the same as the bios rom for each hardware. I mean, is it correct that if I download a Voodoo ROM for PCem, I am basically downloading the bios file?

I honestly can't tell you. I just know if I download the entire github repository and put it in the roms folder, everything works.

Yes, it is the same. I tried some very simple BIOS mods and it worked just like in a real machine 😁
