Hi, I would like to download a tool. This tool make from 640x480 a resolution of 1600x1200 as example.
I had such a tool before, but I forgot the name. U can also change other settings like Antialiasing and Anisotropic filters etc. pp.
I hope someone can help me 😀

Nope, its not like this.
U open this tool, set some settings like resolution and click at load.
Then u select the exe of the game and the game starts with the resolution u set before.
May be any wrapper?

No clue what you're looking for, but to make old low resolution games look better you have a few options.

Uprendering

dgVoodoo is your best option for games that use Direct3D and is a very good option for games that use Glide
nGlide is a very good option for games that use Glide
DxWnd is a mediocre (a lot of games won't work) option for games that use OpenGL
Peixoto's patches is a mediocre (a lot of games won't work) option for games that use Direct3D and OpenGL

Upscaling

dgVoodoo has some scaling options for DirectDraw, Direct3D and Glide games
DxWnd has some scaling options for DirectDraw games. It can also be used to force a lot of DirectDraw and Direct3D games to windowed mode, which is useful for:
Magpie has some scaling options for all windowed modes games

There's some other options, but I really wouldn't recommend them.
