Hello. I have just ordered a new desktop and it has an Intel i7-13700K and has eight base performance cores of 3.40 GHz + eight efficiency cores of 2.50 GHz + a Turbo Boost of 5.40 GHz + 32 GB DDR5-5200 MHz + NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (12 GB GDDR6).

Please tell me whether a Windows 98 and at bare minimum a Pentium 1 or standard alternative em-processor and all this would run at 90% or 100% speed. I am so excited guys! I can post updates on games if you want.
