Does anyone know if the Rendition enhanced tracks had issues on original hardware?

The socket comms lag might just be because vs 2022 taking ridiculous amounts of cpu idling.

the easiest way to tell if fog responsible is to turn off fog

If I force fog on permanently it renders correctly. The in game views do, but the replays are blacked (fogged) out.

how about this
https://www.msys2.org/

If I build with that, I think it'll need msys2 to run. I might have better luck with gcc for Windows that runs without msys2.

Vs2022 has become a cpu hog since theprevious patch Tuesday update. It was fine before that. I don't know for a fact that it's Vs2022 causing problems.

Nope, happens even without it.

I think I've fixed it. Timing error at startup and repeating keys (keyboard repeat).

(Sorry, you're going to be disappointed). @Raven-05 is this supposed to be Lara's passport spinning around?

That's all the objects on the menu constantly spinning, so yeah the passport is in there somewhere. It definitely isn't supposed to be doing that unless you're holding down the left/right button the whole time.

I don't have it installed anymore but I think dosbox does that if you have a joystick plugged in. You need to disable the joystick in the dosbox config or something like that. I think when it's spinning, if you hold left or right on the keyboard it stops spinning.

Thanks for that. I did try holding down the arrow keys but it didn't seem to do anything. Maybe dosbox /rready didn't send the keystroke through.
