Remember that HUD of Quake1 was made for 320x200 resolution only... with all other resolution will be stretched

You can add 320x240 as an extra resolution through option DirectxExt\ExtraEnumeratedResolutions.

Doesnot work, dgvoodoo doesnot report 320x240 as available resolution for winquake, winquake is ddraw , abd without dgvoodoo i can go to screen resolution in game aned choose fullscreen 320x240, when i use dgvoodoo i can only set 320x200 fullscreen resolution

Try launching winquake.exe with the -dibonly parameter.

I'm guessing dgVoodoo gives too many resolutions in the wrong order.

Set default enumerated resolutions to none and try adding just 320x240 and 640x480 to extras.

Interestingly it does the same thing Hexen II does. If you set 320x240 it pixel doubles internally to 640x480. So that's not a Raven special feature. Like Hexen II you can force that back down to 320x240 in dgVoodoo without problems if you want to use different scaling options:

I've already said what settings you need to change? Default enumerated resolutions needs to be set to none, extra resolutions needs to have 320x240. Resolution needs to be set to 320x240 in the DirectX tab. Other than that, the screenshot is just integer scale factor (in GeneralExt) set to max available.

You need to add a command
-directdraw

to .exe launch parameter

What speaks against ezquake??
You can play your native resolution, multiplayer and tons of options and no dgvoodoo needed.
