Sounds like you're trying to run it directly in the horrible NTVDM. Try DOSbox out 🙁

How did you configure sound in the game?

From Setup, i try use both:

-Sound Blaster MONO/PRO/AWE32: 0x210, IRQ 7, DMA Channel 0
and
-Sound Blaster MONO/PRO Compatibe: 0x210, IRQ 7, DMA Channel 0

But if i enable the sound, the game remains a black screen.

address=220 irq=7 dma=1 should work

Hey wd, i'm unable to create a multiplayer game.
Have u tryed this play mode?

I think is impossible create because this is a old game and is not compatible with recents systems

I don't have the game, so no idea. But look through the dosbox readme,
there's a section about network/multiplayer gaming.

Ykhwong's builds have some sort of VSYNC control.

Vsync= Vertical Sync

I prefer to control VSYNC via graphic driver control panel. In fact, I have it always enabled for my ATi card.
