I was using a program to enlist the GPU driver IDs and modes and the following showed up. Can anyone tell what they actually are?

This is Windows 7. I don't remember installing this manually, is this an inbuilt feature because I can't seem to find the same DLLs for it on Windows 11

hmm that explains it. I thought it's some kind of WARP for Windows 7 but then I saw the word Remote Desktop and changes my mind. Thanks.
