MI:3 is a good game but doesn't count as far as Ron Gilbert is concerned.

As for Doom, you can skip Eternal IMHO.

At least some people remember MI3 was a thing... MI4 doesn't even get a mention.

If a new Monkey Island game doesn't feature Murray, it's not a MI game as far as I'm concerned.

So, does the fact that Murray appears in the trailer mean that Gilbert is taking MI3 (and possibly 4) as canon? I recall him saying that if he were to make another MI, it would be a direct MI2 sequel.

I actually played half of those and not a single one can hold a candle to MI1 or MI2, so yeah, I look forward to MI3.
