That's a photo of an IBM branded floppy drive 😀

A photo of the connector would've been nice.
though in all likelihood. the answer will be no.

Hmm googling says for a thinkpad , should be 26pin and you would need to measure the width. IBM made them in 17mm, 20mm and 21mm iirc.
