An adventure from Spain. Seems to be a national classic.
The game uses EGA, but the graphics are so well drawn it may pass as an VGA title.

Found it, because the ZX Spectrum port seems to be rather popular.

Crazy Hospital 2

A strange game of Korean/Chinese origin.
You play as an, um, naughty doctor it seems?

The graphics are borderline, not sure if that counts as nsfw already (I've left out all medical/naked stuff, except if a bare shoulder qualifies as such). 🤷‍♂️

The art style is manga, but with a Chinese touch, maybe. Chibi style is used, too.
The game also seems to be humorous (wacky animation in the intro).

Super Gem'Z

Another manga style game, but with a twist.
It looks like a legit Japanese title, but it isn't quite.
Gem'Z was made by Kaiko, a company from Germany.

It's a successor to Gem'X, I think.
