1. you can run Windows 3.x in Dosbox and in CVS Win95 runs, too in some fashion...
2. In these installed Windows OS you can run the apps. you cannnot run them directly in Dosbox.
I think what you need is WINE...

it's dosbox. not winbox.
patches to add native windows support (like wine) will not be added to the cvs.

Delphi runs fine in dosbox with win 3.11 installed inside dosbox.

Assuming I can find legal Win 3.11 , which build of DosBox?
Or do I wait for the offical 0.74 release ?

DosBox has been able to run Windows 3.11 for a very long time. The latest CVS can install and run Windows 95a/b/c as well. (Just Windows 95 though...games are unstable).
