I just installed 0.73-Win32 on my Vista Basic sp2 system.
I can't find the cfg file in the folder where I installed dosbox to.
Do I need to create the file? If so what is the full name?

It's available from the Start Menu Dosbox folder. Manually you can find it in c:\users\yourusername\local settings\application data\dosbox
