For some reason, Dosbox does not like when I run it in any other setting than fullscreen, I try setting fullscreen to false, and Dosbox doesn't load, I also tried alt-enter but then Dosbox just decides it wants to crash itself...I'm running a recently downloaded pre-compiled 0.58 with Win32 installer.

dosbox doesn't like 24 bit display depth, don't think anyone does since it's shitslow.

For me it's working perfectly at 1024x768x16 and 1024x768x32 (nVIDIA GF4 Ti4200 + Latest detonators). Which video mode is your desktop set at?

What exactly do the detonator drivers do btw? Been wondering ever since I got my GForce 4 ti card.

Detonator drivers are REFERENCE DRIVERS for almost all cards in the nVIDIA family. You would do well in giving them a shot.

nothing like that but 24 bits is so sloowwww that everybody avoid it
