Just thought I'd mention, I updated the openglide compatibility list to reflect that WWII Fighters does work with OpenGL properly. It requires that you look for this section in the ww2.ini file:
[3DGraphics]
.API 1 (0 = D3D, 1 = Glide, 2 = OpenGL)
Incidentally, it doesn't look right in D3D or OpenGL. I mean, it's okay, but it definitely looks best in GLide. there are some problems in D3D mode with the screen messing up when your view is sideways to the horizon. In Windows 2K/XP, the text in several of the menus is missing but if you're familiar with the game this doesn't matter.
I don't know if it works with OpenGLide or not. The main reason I posted this is so whoever's in charge of the list, if they were the ones that marked it as *not* working with OpenGL, wouldn't think I was just there to mess with the list. Unfortunately, there's no provision in the list to explain *why* a program works or doesn't work, so I'm not sure the admin is going to be able to tell if people are fooling about or are just mistaken. That's the tricky part, eh?
