I have read this guide Install DOS in DOSBox
which indicates a number of DOSes that can be installed in DOSBox, including DR-DOS.

Can anyone confirm whether or not DR's Concurrent DOS 386 can also be installed within DOSBox?

I'm pretty sure that you can install that on a hard drive image
