Bought this board on Ebay. It is an Intel Socket 5 Premiere/PCI II Baby-AT Board :

I get a "keyboard not detected" error on boot and no key responds to input. None of the Num lock, Caps lock or Scroll lock button lights light up. I cannot see any damage on the AT connector. Any hints or tips? Is it possible to use a serial keyboard of some sort or am I out of luck?

Have you tried measuring the voltage in the AT socket?

Botton right is a yellow SMD tantalum capacitor. The silver part directly above could be a fuse.
