If the author is correct, then the soundbanks are identical. 😀 I compiled a custom binary with Nitemare 3d, but had to use Action Soccer instrument names. I'm sure it won't work, but it does demonstrate the patch necessary to swap sound banks and a placeholder once the instrument names are identified. It should be in the IBK file I would think.

Edit: I'm not sure why the 2nd binary works with the drums yet. 😀

Have you used Wallace for this latest version, or the Nitemare 3D *.IBK?

I think I made further progress. I substituted bank #63 with Nitemare 3d, so the name "Nitemare 3d" should appear at the command line when running adlmidi.exe with no parameters, such as file name. This is your modified copy (Nitemare 3d IBK). You may compare this one with Wallace (isn't this #61)? Or with Action Soccer soundbank.
