I've been enjoying re-re-re-re-re-playing DK (it's been a long time, so I've forgotten quite a bit) on a Virtual PC running Windows 98 SE. Recently, I decided to try creating my own levels using the official DK editor ... but I can't figure out how to test them! Doing a Google/Bing/Yahoo search gives me LOTS of advice for DK2, but not for the original. I've already copied the DK disk with the level files onto the virtual C: drive, and set the command line to include -1player so I can get to the multiplayer levels. Beyond that, I'm lost.

Can someone help me?

(WARNING: Please don't ask me to buy new software, like a 3rd party DK editor. I can't even afford a stick of gum right now.)
