I was wondering whether such a thing exists or not. So I have a PC that has onboard sound. It's able to emulate a Sound Blaster for Audio, but not Midi.
I recall there being certain software synthesizers available for Windows 98, such as the Yamaha XG soft synth.
Does anyone know if there are any software options for getting Midi working in DOS games within a Windows 98 Environment?
I know there's always DOSBOX, but I'd prefer to have the games work natively if I can.
Any help with this would be much appreciated. 😀
Thanks.
