Any fan that fits on the heatsink, really. I don't think things ever got so hot back in those days that advanced cooling systems were ever developed.
Or you can just leave it as-is. Unless you experience particular system instability, does it really matter how hot the heatsink gets?

Like I said, if your CPU starts overheating, you'll probably start seeing system instability, i.e. unexpected crashes. If it's working at all, then it's not just going to suddenly go up in smoke without any warning due to lack of adequate cooling. The heat sink is supposed to get hot; that's what it's there for.
Even a tiny 486 style fan will work great for cooling a Pentium chip.
