How do u set file attributes under dosbox??
I have a very old dos 4 program that requires a file to be hidden, but there is no "attrib" command....

right-click and go to properties in Windows.
There is no support for attributes in DOSBOX ...

Dosbox does support at least one attribute: Read-Only, hidden does not work however.
