I'm a pussy. I will wait until sometime in the new year to do the upgrade. I will let you brave folks jump into the shark infested waters first.

Haven't upgraded, but....... is the new thing an even more bloatier control panel with a bunch of hype attached?

IMHO, the new control panel is much better than CCC. I like it! Then again, AMD has retired pre-GCN DX 11 cards, including mine.

It's about goddamn time. At least the new software boots up faster than Catalyst.

Ugh it's metrofied. Also worse, there's LESS options now. I can't adjust LCD overdrive anymore and GPU scaling is even more regressed. It's also really slow going through the Gaming menu as it polls your Steam library and your entire Start menu for games.

Also there's still the old CCC window for other "Additional settings" they didn't put into their crimson app thing, so the anti-bloat simplification just seems fruitless really.
