Is this a bug?

When I start DOSBox, I get the message "DOS keyboard layout loaded with main language code SU for layout sv".

I am happy with 'sv' since I live in Sweden and I am using a Swedish version of Windows 10. But what is this 'SU' stuff? Suomi for Finland? Soviet Union?

Yes, swedish and finnish keyboards, code pages and character sets are identical.
It's also found in the manual http://www.dosbox.com/wiki/KEYB
