Looking for a game, released around the mid 1990's - full motion video, you were being chased by someone. I thought it was by Sierra but I cant seem to find it. I thought it was called Runaway but that search only pops up a cartoon game. your character would run into a warehouse and you would need to go upstairs or downstairs to avoid the guy chasing you, and fill up a cement holding tank or drain it to get some clues....

Any ideas what the game is? And any known issues running it on a modern system with W7 ?
