Can someone tell me how to toggle the frame rate counter in the 1998 PC game Incoming? The following website says to hit F10, but it did not do anything. Reference, http://ca.ign.com/cheats/games/incoming-pc-2282

That did not work either. After some trial and error, I figured out that you need to hit the TAB key to bring up the fps display. Here's the order of things:
1. Load the game.
2. At the first menu you see, type NUMBERONEDACRESTREET
3. A new menu will now appear. Turn on the option to enable cheats.
4. Press ESC to leave this hidden menu.
5. Press the TAB key. A frame rate display will now appear.
